Weddings at St Mary’s Lawford

If you’re someone who’s dreaming of a church wedding, or you’re well into planning it already, Lawford Church would be delighted to play a part. Christian marriage has been celebrated here for more than 700 years, so we do have a wealth of experience.
You may be able to marry at St Mary the Virgin in Lawford if you can show:-
- that one of you was baptised or prepared for confirmation in the parish.
- that one of you or one of your parents has lived in the parish for 6 months or has regularly gone to church services in the parish for 6 months.
- that one of your parents or grandparents were married in the parish.
Most dates & days of the week are possible, and the cost of a wedding is probably less than you think!
